I am here to meet you when your Soul needs seeing.
When my soul was seen and awakened, I was led to find my way back home after years in the matrix as a seasoned litigator and law school professor. On my journey, I realized I was a psychic medium and medical intuitive, so went on to receive formal training to hone my natural gifts. Wanting to put my healing energy to work by helping to raise the collective consciousness, I became certified as a RYT-500 yoga teacher, a Reiki Master and a ThetaHealer. When you work with me, your mind, body and soul will be acknowledged and honored for who you are at your core.
I am here to help you to build the life that you truly desire from a spiritual, emotional and physical standpoint. Through my speaking, workshops and classes, I aid you in standing more in your spiritual power and stepping fully into your own spiritual gifts. I also lovingly hold space for you with sacred herbs and earth medicine, offering monthly group healing ceremonies as well as private one-on-one sessions.

Mara grew up with very little, carrying responsibility and loss from a young age alongside her six siblings. As a young mother, she came to Búzios without money or support, working nights to survive while keeping her child with her. Living there, she met people from all over the world who had wealth, comfort, and success, yet were still deeply unhappy. That contrast taught her something that stayed with her: healing doesn’t come from what we have, but from how we learn to be with ourselves and with each other.
Mara is well suited to co-lead this retreat because she leads from lived experience. She has spent years doing her own inner work, raising children, and supporting others through physical and emotional transformation. She knows how to hold space without trying to fix anyone or tell them who to be. Her presence is steady, honest, and warm. Your Home for the Week — Maravilha Retreat
Perched on a hillside overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, our retreat center is just a 10-minute walk from three stunning beaches where you can snorkel with turtles or surf the sand break of Geribá. The surrounding nature trails are home to capybaras, marmoset monkeys, and exotic birds.
Accommodation: Seven deluxe rooms (queen or twin beds), private decks, air conditioning, and ocean views.
Cuisine: Authentic Brazilian meals prepared by our chef Neia, using fresh local ingredients.

Our Shaman, Henrique Damodara, had an incredible peace about him. It was a small group of five people with three ceremonies. Each ceremony had a different focus with a unique offering of healing. The last ceremony was about forgiveness, something that will remain with me forever. The experience was pretty indescribable but I can tell you it was better than any therapy EVER. I now understand the medicine of Mother Aya. I went there feeling I needed healing from one thing. Mother Aya knew I needed healing from something that stemmed further back in my history. When she took it in her hands it felt like she was taking the trauma from the roots. She took it from the roots and emptied it from my body. I never felt so much relief.
